Delivery & Returns
Davis Finest accepts payment through Paypal only and you do not need to have or open a Paypal account in order to pay for purchases. You can make payment with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express payment card.
All orders are sent via courier service for delivery within 3-5 working days. We aim to send out all orders within 1-2 days of receipt. However, please allow 7 working days for processing.
In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will try to contact you in order to arrange a substitute, a refund or to hold the order until the product is in stock. If we cannot contact you within 7 days we will send the order less the out of stock item and refund the cost of the item and any postage costs associated with the missing item.
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.
Please allow 5-8 working days for Europe and 7-21 working days for the rest of the world.
Please note VAT is charged on delivery rates for goods delivered within the EU and customers with an EU delivery address will be charged VAT in accordance with local legislation. VAT charges for your order will be shown separately in the e-mail confirmation of your order and on the invoice dispatched with your order.

Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Please also note that when ordering from Davis Finest you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you’re receiving the goods.
If your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please email us immediately at email@example.com providing your order number, name, address, and a description of the problem. We will inform you if a replacement item is in stock and will ship it to you immediately.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Davis Finest within 7 days after the day of delivery to return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in a saleable condition. Once opened and/or used, products cannot be returned to us unless they are damaged or faulty. In addition, products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We will refund the cost of the products upon receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed. Should you wish to exchange any items, you will be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
